As the only specialized sector that has been authorized to investigate fraud and corruption, audit Department is meant to handle reports regarding such misdeeds. After receiving reports of bribery and corruption, Audit Department will establish a dedicated investigation team to examine the reports within the permitted scope of the law and the company’s rules and regulations.
The safety of the informers is our main concern. We will strictly limit the number of those who are informed, and take necessary measures to protect the informers. It is strictly prohibited to retaliate against the informers, witnesses or investigators by any means. Anyone who actually retaliates will be held accountable by the company via actions of dismissal, cancellation of cooperation, investigation of legal liability, etc.
